Refund Policy
Careerpedia follows a transparent refund policy so that every Candidate understands the enrollment, verification, agreement, payment, and cancellation process clearly before starting the program.
01Refund Window
- Careerpedia provides a refund window of five (5) calendar days from the date of payment of the token amount.
- The refund period starts from the token payment date — not from the batch start date, LMS activation date, agreement signing date, or full fee payment date.
- Example: if the Candidate pays the token amount on 1st June, cancellation and refund may be requested on or before 5th June.
02Token Amount Refund
After payment of the token amount, Careerpedia may conduct a verification call to confirm course details, fee structure, batch details, refund policy, LMS access, and placement disclaimer. If the Candidate identifies any miscommunication or is not comfortable proceeding, cancellation may be requested within the 5-day refund period, and the refund will be reviewed and processed as per this policy.
03Refund After Agreement Signing
Signing the Terms & Conditions and Candidate Agreement does not remove refund eligibility, provided the request is raised within five (5) calendar days from the token payment date. After completion of the 5-day refund period, the amount paid becomes non-refundable.
04Refund After Full Payment
If the Candidate pays the balance course fee within the 5-day refund period and then cancels within the same period, the eligible amount paid may be refunded. Once the 5-day period from the token payment date is completed, the course fee becomes non-refundable.
05Non-Refundable After 5 Days
After expiry of the 5-day refund period from the token payment date, no refund applies under normal circumstances, including:
- Changing the decision, not attending classes, or missing live classes.
- Personal, academic, job, health, travel, or family reasons.
- Internet, laptop, device, or technical issues, or inability to manage time.
- Not completing assignments/projects, or dissatisfaction due to lack of personal effort.
- Expecting placement, job, internship, interview calls, or salary outcomes.
- Discontinuing midway, or being removed due to misconduct or violation of terms.
06Refund in Case of Miscommunication
If any miscommunication is identified during the verification call, Careerpedia will first attempt to clarify the correct terms. If the Candidate does not agree with the clarified terms, cancellation may be requested within the 5-day refund period. No verbal promise, unofficial message, or sales communication shall override the written Terms & Conditions agreed by the Candidate.
07If Careerpedia Cannot Deliver the Program
If Careerpedia is unable to deliver the enrolled program due to reasons solely attributable to Careerpedia, the Candidate may be eligible for a refund or alternative batch adjustment, as decided by Careerpedia. This does not include temporary class rescheduling, mentor change, curriculum order change, platform change, LMS maintenance, or other reasonable operational adjustments.
08Loan / EMI Refund Terms
If payment is made through an education loan, EMI facility, or third-party financing partner, the loan relationship is between the Candidate and the financing partner. Careerpedia is not responsible for loan approval/rejection, EMI schedule, interest, processing fee, repayment, credit score impact, or loan cancellation. To cancel within the valid refund period, the Candidate must immediately inform both Careerpedia and the financing partner in writing.
09Deductions
Approved refunds may be subject to deductions of charges already incurred, including payment gateway charges, bank charges, loan processing charges, financing partner charges, applicable taxes, and third-party service charges. The final refundable amount is determined after verification by Careerpedia.
10Refund Request Process
To request a refund, submit a written request through Careerpedia's official email ID or official support channel including:
- Candidate name, registered mobile number, and registered email ID.
- Selected course, payment date, and payment proof.
- Reason for cancellation and bank details, if required.
- Requests via unofficial channels, personal numbers, social media comments, or verbal communication may not be considered valid.
11Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable time after verification of the request, payment details, and eligibility. Actual credit to the Candidate's bank account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or financing partner timelines.
12Final Refund Declaration
By paying the token amount, signing the agreement, or proceeding with enrollment, the Candidate confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy, and that the 5-day refund period begins from the date of token amount payment, with no refund applicable after expiry except where Careerpedia is unable to deliver the program due to reasons solely attributable to Careerpedia.

Final outcomes depend on learner effort, attendance, project completion, skill development, communication, market conditions, and employer requirements.
